“'Deliver what you promise’ and ‘Do things the right way’ are two mantras I follow, both in my professional and personal life. I’ve always been a highly detailed and organized individual, even if my desk doesn’t reflect that. I enjoy getting into the details in complex projects and devising a way to not only ‘make it work’ but also make it ‘buildable.’ You can’t be afraid to reach out and grab responsibility as that is by far the best way to better yourself.”
