SPBI Residence Hall

Crown College

Crown College provides biblically-based education and strives to help students build community and lifelong, authentic relationships during their time in school. To enhance the student living-learning experience, BWBR, in partnership with LS Black, designed the new SPBI (Saint Paul Bible Institute) Residence Hall for first-year students.

The project’s vision focused on building community, focusing on students, and creating a space that feels like home. Suite-style housing provides “pods” that include a common living space, two bathrooms, and three double bedrooms. Each of the three floors has a large community space, full kitchen, and study areas.
