Construction Administrator

Joined BWBR in 2014

Aaron is an experienced construction administrator and manager of diverse projects across the Midwest. He excels at coordinating the design and contracting teams on complex projects, answering contractor questions, overseeing the day-to-day project needs, proactively addressing issues in the field, reviewing submittals and pay applications, and performing a punchlist at the end of each project. Aaron is also well-versed in sustainable design and construction and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

“One of my favorite activities growing up was disassembling and then reassembling items around the house. I took apart answering machines, toasters, radios, watches, televisions…whatever I could get my hands on. I have always been fascinated by how elements fit together to create these conveniences. That’s what fascinates me about architecture and construction. When the parts and pieces — the bricks, the blocks, the steel — are assembled correctly, they form spaces that make our lives better.”
