This project creates a campus supporting a new research and development facility and customer experience center showcasing the company’s scientific innovation and agricultural products. Located on a greenfield site, the campus includes the main building, environmental grow house, and equipment storage facility consolidating departments previously at multiple facilities around the U.S.

Lab Workflows | Site and building layouts were developed around the workflow needs of six individual lab departments. Connections with the on-site environmental grow house are particularly important to facilitate efficient testing processes. The project also includes drying ovens and other high-tech equipment.

Collaborative Workspace | Office space for lab users is shared on the second level to increase collaboration between lab departments.

Customer Interaction | Customer interaction areas are located throughout the facility, equipped with interactive technology including large format screens and future virtual reality. Customers are able to witness R&D processes and discuss their practical experience with researchers, helping to accelerate this client’s research processes for new products.
