Ross Baker

Architectural Intern

Joined BWBR in 2020

Ross began his career at BWBR in 2020, where he gained experience working on science + tech projects. He is passionate about diving deeply into each client’s process and enjoys the variety that comes with designing labs to meet diverse needs. The opportunity to collaborate with both teams and clients to find innovative solutions keeps every day interesting for Ross, and he looks forward to the continuous learning that architecture provides.

“After years of competing in and now coaching ski racing, I’ve found there are many overlaps between coaching ski racing and designing architecture. The most evident parallels include organizing complex plans and customizing them for each individual’s needs, adapting to changes in the course, and ultimately helping many folks perform at their best so they can achieve lofty goals. Like an intense day on the hill or a spirited brainstorm, there are never two days alike. What could be more energizing than that?”
