“Gardening is an important aspect of my life that gives me great satisfaction, harmony, and balance — a universal pursuit that most likely we all share. It’s also a good metaphor for a healthy professional life. Both need constant care and preparation, each day comprised of managing priorities, discovering balance, and applying experience. Another parallel centers around problem solving and communication. By paying attention to information you receive and with creative collaboration and team work, you help your client grow their own ‘garden.’”
