"Architecture gives me unfettered access to my passion: constant learning. Listening to, learning from, and implementing ideas is powerful, especially when studying history to design for a sustainable future. I also enjoy history in everyday settings. I spend 99% of my time-off in Ephraim, Wisconsin, a part of Door County that is known for its heritage centers and shoreside landmarks. Ephraim is where I can relax, read, sail, and swim, and I hope to retire there someday, surrounded by living history."
