“Many people use yoga to escape from the stresses of life and work, and I’m not really any different. It’s a chance to focus the mind, be in the moment, and practice discipline and control through the body’s movements. The funny part is that as I use it as an escape from work, it’s a lot like architecture, where the best designs are disciplined, purposeful, and yet elegant, flowing, and immersive.”
