As a licensing compliance manager with over 30 years of experience, Kathy is responsible for BWBR’s business licensing from maintaining existing licenses, ensuring compliance with state laws and statutes, to obtaining new business registrations as part of our expansion efforts. Kathy also handles corporate governance to include shareholder communications, bylaws, and board resolutions for both the corporation and foundation.
