"I worked at my dad’s Garden Supply store in high school. Two of the very valuable lessons I learned there that I still apply every day were: 1) Make sure you do a job thoroughly and completely, and 2) don’t save the hard part of a task until the end. How did I learn these? 1) Pulling weeds, and 2) hauling 50-pound bags of cow manure from the storage building to the front of the store. It makes me appreciate today what I do every day."
