Mount Horeb Clinic Renovation
Upland Hills Health
To expand their community presence and meet increased demand for services at their Mount Horeb Clinic, Upland Hills Health (UHH) partnered with BWBR on a renovation and expansion that accommodates growth now and into the future. With flexibility at the forefront, the growing primary care facility is designed to operate as a clinic during business hours and an urgent care after hours, with a few hours of overlap in the late afternoon.
The full first-floor renovation includes exam rooms, an X-ray suite, and lab space. A new elevator and stair addition allowed for a phased construction approach, keeping the building open and accessible to the second-floor tenants throughout the project duration. Once the addition was complete, the existing elevator and staircase were demolished, and the square footage was reutilized for more exam rooms. The functional layout, efficient planning, and refreshed, state-of-the-art spaces for patients and staff help UHH remain future-ready and care for their growing community.
