Knowledge is at the heart of what we do and how we serve our clients. Knowledge management is the framework upon which we leverage collective knowledge to solve problems, make better decisions, and drive innovation. It is most successful when all three are present and support the organization’s goals. We are a knowledge-based practice and need to be intentional about the knowledge we have and how we continue to gain and build expertise from each project.
By connecting our knowledge across market types and breaking down silos, we are able to leverage organizational knowledge to solve complex problems. Knowledge is never static in our practice, it is highly dynamic and moves across our organization, in and through project teams and workflows, and outward to our clients and potential clients. We don’t seek to invest in Knowledge Management simply for knowledge’s sake, but rather to aim for a better way of doing things — solving problems, making better decisions, and driving innovation.
