BWBR is pleased to announce that Tricia Eiswald, SHRM-SCP, has been elected to the board of directors. This announcement comes just under a year after Eiswald’s promotion to principal, after joining the firm as its first-ever Director of Human Resources in 2019.
With involvement on multiple BWBR committees, including the Equity Task Force, Operations Committee, and Leadership Council, Eiswald’s insight and leadership have positively impacted every aspect of the organization. A graduate of Bethel University and a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Eiswald brings her strategic experience in staff development, recruiting, talent management, and the employee experience to bear on her role with BWBR.
As one of the oldest and largest architecture and interior design firms in the region, currently celebrating its 100th anniversary, BWBR is committed to a diversity of voices and perspectives and seeks to see that reflected in its leadership. BWBR’s Board of Directors is now 50% women, led by our first female President/CEO, Stephanie McDaniel, and Eiswald’s appointment further reflects the firm’s recognition of our people as our most valuable asset. Says Eiswald: “I am honored and humbled to have a seat at the table so I can advocate for and represent the voices of all staff. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve and will do my best to ensure BWBR is a place for everyone to belong. My personal passion is for BWBR to continue to be a space that celebrates the unique gifts and talents of every person in the firm, and that staff don’t have to spend any energy being anyone other than their true, authentic selves.”
Congratulations, Tricia!
