“The joy in what we do is about more than the work. It is about the people with whom we work, because we work with people who truly care for others. Through our design process, people realize it is more than the physical space that surrounds them that evokes an emotional response. You can feel happiness, security, energy and even serenity. This response is what I love about design. Great relationships evoke great memories. To design environments that focus on relationships, it makes work rewarding.”
