“Sometimes your adult self can surprise the child you were. I didn’t know architecture was even a profession when my younger self went out to buy graph paper in order to design houses. Today, I realize how fortunate I am to work in a field where I am also passionate, where that passion transcends aesthetics to other aspects of great architecture such as regenerative and energy efficient design. Creating beautiful, functional and sustainable environments with fun people makes me happy and keeps me coming back to work every day.”
