“I love my job, not because of what we do, but because of how we do it. We work the way we want to live, valuing each other's talents and opinions and inviting people, in and out of the office, to join in the fun. That process of coming together, to discuss design ideas, plan spaces and solve problems is invigorating and inspiring. The work recalls child’s play, dreaming of new and better worlds, only now, we really get to make our ideas and creations a reality. It’s an amazing and powerful experience.”
