Fortune 500 Company
Innovation Center
Saint Paul, Minn.
Innovation is more than a slogan for this global corporation. It is a way of doing business, and the Innovation Center is both a hallmark of the company and a showcase center for its products that have improved the way people around the world live, work, and play.
Planned as a Six Sigma continuous improvement project, the Innovation Center combines a high-tech conference and leadership development center with a large museum-quality area featuring both static and interactive displays. Called the World of Innovation, the area showcases the corporation’s products along with its technologies, processes, and people, helping potential business partners brainstorm on ways they might collaborate to improve an existing project or engineer a new one. A variety of rooms for large and small presentations, training activities, and meetings in the other half of the center serve the corporation’s Leadership Development Institute.
Designed in collaboration with Sparks, a brand experience producer, along with a team of engineers and specialty consultants, the Innovation Center brings the full range of technologies together to create an immersive customer experience through the integration of design, technology, and brand.
