Yes, our office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Employees
may establish their own 8-hour workday within that time frame.
Provided the necessary enrollment form has been completed,
health insurance would begin the first of the month following
thirty days of employment. For example, if your first day
of employment was March 12th, you would be eligible for health
insurance May 1st.
In addition to health insurance, BWBR provides flexible spending
accounts for medical reimbursement, daycare and parking expenses.
We also provide a profit sharing and 401(k) plan, short- and
long-term disability, life insurance, a bereavement policy,
and an employee assistance program.
During the first year of employment, both salaried and hourly
employees accrue paid time-off at five hours per biweekly
pay period. As your time with BWBR expands, so does the amount
of paid time-off accrued.

We are proud of our tradition of a more professional business
dress standard. Appropriate business attire is the norm for
most BWBR staff on Mondays through Thursdays, while Friday
is our business casual day.
We want anyone starting a new job at BWBR to feel welcome
and a part of our team from day one. So we appoint a social
mentor to serve as an office orientation resource for
you on your first day and down the road.

There are also many parking lots in the vicinity.
We have close to 150 employees.
