  McCollum Science Hall Addition: Illuminate

UNI's new science labs are much brighter and more efficient

Windows for exploration

Both the faculty and students of UNI’s College of Natural Sciences engage in vigorous research activities. On all three floors, core science labs are clustered to provide central prep areas and ample interior wall space for writing, storage and projection. The clustered layout also permits efficient distribution of utilities and flexibility for future expansion.

Close attention to the placement of windows allows natural daylight to reach deep into the Addition’s interior lab spaces, harnessing it for the precise work and intense study conducted there.
