The resulting design reflects the teamwork between the projects
multiple players and the design fits nicely into the streetscape
of Rice Park. It is both economical and high-tech, and boasts an
efficient layout. Yet it is also contextual and elegant, enhancing
and reflecting the character of the Rice Park District.
A camera perched across the street captured the constructions
progress, from the demolition work begun in early 1998 through to
