As a coach of youth baseball, I watch children discover their abilities and potential, grow as individuals and come together as a team. Their energy exhilarates me. It’s the same feeling I get as our teams develop around the projects we create: The collaboration, drive to meet our common goals, pace and pursuit of better solutions keep me fresh and energized. It’s exhilarating to do this as part of BWBR’s culture, where we embrace clients, consultants and contractors as equal partners.
