Maple Grove Hospital

Maple Grove Medical Campus was envisioned to support the health and well-being of its community the way a grove of trees supports the habitat in which it flourishes. The team created a solution inspired by roots that provide strength, trunks that support and a canopy that shelters new life.
Throughout the facility, imagery, nature-inspired forms and natural materials such as wood and stone blend the building with the landscape and draw the landscape inside. The overall design, using the Green Guidelines for Health Care and registered with the U.S. Green Building Council, created a hospital in which patients, staff and family can embrace wellness through transformation, growth, strength and support.
