Receive A File

PC
  1. Internet Explorer:
    1. Double-click on the filename in the FTP window and select "Save this file to disk". When prompted, select a location to save the file to and click "Save".

      OR

    2. Right-click and select "Copy To Folder...". When prompted, select a location to save the file to and click "Save".


  2. Netscape:
    1. Click on the filename in the FTP window and select "Save it to disk". When prompted, select a location to save the file to and click "Save".

      OR

    2. Right-click and "Save link as...". When prompted, select a location to save the file to and click "Save".
Mac
  1. Internet Explorer:
    • Mac versions of Internet Explorer currently do not support all the FTP functions required to use Exchange


  2. Netscape:
    1. Press Control and Click on the file and Select "Save this link as..." or Press Option and Click on the file. When prompted, select a location to save the file to and click "Save".

      OR

    2. Drag the file from the FTP window to the Desktop or the File Finder.
